No complaints about the actual employees in regards to friendliness. But we have ordered multiple from here many times and I can't count how many times our food is either wrong or extremely unsatisfactory. Not long ago my husband stopped and got 2 Ultimate Breakfast burritos that were supposed to have eggs, tomato, onion, jalapenos, sausage, cheese, and tots. What we got was this mess that looked like we got what leftovers they were going to toss at the end of the night. This was the last time for us We'll never return here again.

This past Thur i did BOGO with the hot dogs. Hot dogs were not good, and cold. Came back today (Tue) for BOGO AGAIN for cheeseburgers. The meat patties were also cold. Sonic, you guys have really gone down the tubes ALOT! So as of now, your locations at FM 78 near Shertz Pkwy and your location on Kitty Hawk is just as bad. If I wanted bad service, I could just stayed with McDonald's.

I was sad to see the Shertz sonic had a B rating. The staff are wonderful. The food has always been good except this last time - burrito was mostly tortilla and the tomatoes I paid for were left off 😔.

People were nice but they don't care about the food they serve. Crispy chicken sandwich was way over fried and burned. Milkshake was barely blended at all, bottom 2/3 was just vanilla ice cream. They just don't care about the food they serve.

Ordered a regular #3, nothing special. Came out so cold felt like it was out of the fridge and on the bun. Apologetically asked for a hot one. Waited 20 minutes, 2nd one was just as cold. $13 down the drain. Worst sonic experience ever.

Lately when I come here at 10:45 - 11 I wait and wait and wait some more to sit here for almost 40 minutes to receive my food after watching cars that arrive here after me receiving their food and leave and I still wait and wait. And I've watched my food sit on the counter and never be brought to me until I confront someone about waiting for so long. And when I check my food it's missing an entire burger or something else. I hate to complain because I normally always have something good to say about this place but I think the people working here now might not be the best choice, they're consistently on their phones and not paying attention

Next, we clicked the red button because we never got to pay and the person there told us it got lost in their system and we were there for almost an hour. Very slow

Well went to get some food for the family. Well ordered a #1 and #2 with some coneys. Paid them the about $40. Get home missing an entire meal. Go back to get the missing burger and screw me for doing that. They gave me a wrong burger that is cold and looked grey. I will never waste my time here again. You shouldn't either. I attached the burger that was replaced that comes with no tomato.
