The Sonic parking lot was well kept and clean. I didn’t use the restroom, but I’m sure it was the same. The food was fresh hot we ordered the crispy chicken sandwich, which is hot and crispy. I’ll definitely be coming back to my neighborhood. Sonic.

Schertz Sonic on Hwy 78 Stall # 9 Sunday January 12th at the 11:00pm Manager said they cannot accept 2 forms of payment, cash and card? I was unable to use a gift card and cash. Only ice cream Sundaes? No shakes. I hope someone in management sees this review and reaches out to me. This is NOT the first time I have issues at this Schertz location.

Quick and awesome experience... I received my Southwest wraps and it consisted of a smaller than I expected chicken price and a little cheese with the sauce. Now I honestly was disappointed but did I enjoyed the wraps heck yes! And was I expecting perfection noooooope ... I ordered the wraps after they looked to be discontinued they were not on the menu... The order taker asked if they could still make it and the answer was yes. Thank you for the attempt in recreating to make me happy. So I am very grateful for what I got. Not to mention, ok clearly I'm going to mention lol my mom graciously bought me the meal so I have to highlight that I had a blessed day.!!!!!! Thank God. The sonic workers and God .?

Customer service is poor. They literally filled my cup all the way up with ice and hardly any soda and wouldn’t refill or swap out cause I took a drink of the itty bitty amount. And then she agreed and said sorry we can’t do anything for you. Boy has this sonic gone downhill.

I love their crushed ice and the large range of menu choices...a little slow on delivery, my ice always has water in the bottom from setting on the counter to be delivered......but over all the staff is great.....
