Well went to get some food for the family. Well ordered a #1 and #2 with some coneys. Paid them the about $40. Get home missing an entire meal. Go back to get the missing burger and screw me for doing that. They gave me a wrong burger that is cold and looked grey. I will never waste my time here again. You shouldn't either. I attached the burger that was replaced that comes with no tomato.

Not happy at all with the service or product at this Sonic location - I ordered 3 Strawberry Cheesecake Master shakes & received 3 vanilla shakes with a cherry on top.. drove to Dairy Queen & had them deconstructed to confirm they were just vanilla. Horrible liars from the photo on the sign to the attitude of the staff allBS ... I won't return here again ticket #Chk 190

This place sucks. You’ll sit there with the button pushed to order for 20 plus minutes and nobody will so much as say hey we’re behind sorry we’ll be with you asap.. nope. Nothing. Absolute trash establishment

The Sonic parking lot was well kept and clean. I didn’t use the restroom, but I’m sure it was the same. The food was fresh hot we ordered the crispy chicken sandwich, which is hot and crispy. I’ll definitely be coming back to my neighborhood. Sonic.

Schertz Sonic on Hwy 78 Stall # 9 Sunday January 12th at the 11:00pm Manager said they cannot accept 2 forms of payment, cash and card? I was unable to use a gift card and cash. Only ice cream Sundaes? No shakes. I hope someone in management sees this review and reaches out to me. This is NOT the first time I have issues at this Schertz location.
