I went this morning and ordered a grande caramel macchiato and spent $7 on it only to receive a 3/4 of the way filled coffee, not to mention it wasn’t even hot. I’ve never had bad experiences until today.

I usually order the egg bites extra toasted because I do not like soggy bacon. I made sure to check the egg bites as soon as I received them and they were not to my liking. I did advise the barista and she said it was toasted on the bottom and did not offer to re-toast the top part so my bacon could be crispy. I always come to this Starbucks but now I think I will choose another restaurant for my morning meals. Was so disappointed that I almost left without collecting my drink.

This particular Starbucks has always messed up my orders. The baristas don’t fill your drinks all the way to where they are supposed to be and tend to forget ingredients when making mobile orders. Their drive thru line always gets backed up also.

9/2/25 Starbucks, Schertz - Enjoyable Family Time We stopped in for some coffee and spicy falafel pockets, and our daughter enjoyed a blueberry muffin with a pink drink. The atmosphere was great, the staff was welcoming, and everything made for a really enjoyable visit. A solid stop for good food, coffee, and a relaxing break.
