Very welcoming and friendly baristas. I am almost 74 years old and the technology sometimes kicks my butt. I have had a starbucks Paul McCartney card I wanted to add on my phone. Karissa was able to assist me. The card is special because my grandson’s name is Jude. Paul McCartney wrote Hey Jude in 1969. I have had that card for several years and never could get help. This is my “go to” Starbucks. It sometimes takes a lot of patience to serve senior citizens. I am also a veteran and love this shop. Thank you many times over!

For $30 I got a watered-down white chocolate mocha and a chocolate frappuccino and I ordered a coffee cake and a birthday cake pop but didn't even receive those items. I will not order from the store again.

This is my “Go-to” Starbucks. My parents are in town and took them through the drive through to get some coffee this morning. Service was great, drive through was fast, BUT then I get home to see my mom’s coffee 3/4 full. ?

The last 4 times I've gone to this Starbucks, they've utterly disappointed me. Each time, I've ordered 4 caramel ribbon crunch drinks for myself and others, but they've tasted like watered-down ice with whipped cream—no coffee flavor whatsoever and no crunches. I kept going back, thinking maybe they were just having a bad day, but it happened 3 more times. I don't think I'll be returning to this location, even though it's the closest one to me.
Customer service was great coffee disgusting.
Let's do better starbucks especially since us Customers pay so much. We hate throwing money down the toilet

The atmosphere and food are great. The drinks are fantastic. The service sucks! I have been here twice and both times I have left in near tears because of the attitude of the employees. I am not an extremely sensitive person but acting like that is not cool, if you can put up with nasty service and good food this place is for you.

Went to this location and got 3 drink. 2 out of the 3 drinks were left with lots of room in the cup. I had asked for lavender foam but as a barista at starbucks I understand the changes we go through but they should have made the beverage standard if they had ran out of lavender or at least connected with me at the bar to let me know which did not happen.
