My wife and I went into the Starbucks at 1103 and I35 today in Schertz, Texas. The online order was fine, however I noticed something that disturbed me and now I will never buy anything from any Starbucks again. They had a giant pride flag hanging up on the left wall above the counter. This normally wouldn't bother me, but it did this time because there was no US flag or Texas flag in sight. So you are openly supporting the LGBTQ+ community, but you do not appear to support our great state of Texas or our amazing free country of the United States of America in your stores. You also don't seem to support our troops who sacrificed so that you could hang that pride flag. As a veteran and American patriot I have to say that I am appalled and disgusted by your companies behavior. If you have to fly a pride flag, you should fly or hang it below the flags of our great state and our amazing nation.

Starbucks standards have declined I guess. The breakfast sandwich is ordered was very sloppy put together. Not centered on bun. It was falling off the bread and wrapped up that way.this may be knit picking but its more about withholding themselves to the standard they used to hold themselves to. Presentation matters. And they absolutely were not busy. Please do better, It looks great on you when you do

So this is the fourth time I’ve come here and each time when my drink is done it just sits on the ready thing without ever being called. And I am always waiting until as usual long until I decide to go and check. Restroom always dirty, floors dirty.
Y’all definitely need better customer service here. And SPEAK UP. And would be cool to see the staff actually clean. I’ve sat many hours and no one comes out to clean.

My sister and I got food poisoning yesterday from here. I ordered the sugar cookie latte iced and she got a white chocolate peppermint mocha iced. It was the first thing we had in the morning and we’ve been throwing up since we drank it and still not doing great today

This is the Starbucks I visit the most. Staff is friendly-however, they are consistently never on time with pick up orders. It always takes at least 10 more minutes than the app says to be ready. It’s usually faster just to go through the drive thru.

This location is sorry. Can not get orders right. And the remake of drinks is making them take extra long to get orders out.
Dont come inside with children. The service and food is good , but unfortunately a huge trans flag is on display inside inappropriate for small children. My 7 year old started asking me questions on what the colors mean, which is a sexually explicit topic completely inappropriate for children. There are laws in Texas against sexual content being displayed in libraries that teach trans ideology to small children. I usually go through the drive through and the staff is always exceptional. Unfortunately this is what we found inside. I did my best to shield my child of sexually explicit content not appropriate for her age. She literally started to ask what the colors stand for. In no world am I telling a 7 year old about sex or mutilation of small children through gender abuse.

This location is so inconsistent. Today I sat in the drive-through for 20 minutes, turned into two screaming babies in the back. Which I know isn’t their problem, but if you need a quick cup of latte or coffee, this location is not it.
