Catherine and Gary were busting their asses and handling a surprise rush when my partner and I walked in. Our food was great and well handled! Not only that but both manager and sandwich artist were hard at work the entire time we were here, working in tandem to give the best service possible.
It's hard to find a reliable Subway (or fast food in general) these days and even though it's a bit of a drive, we will keep coming back!

The service quality needs improvement as there have been instances of incorrect orders. It would be helpful if the staff ensured accuracy and professionalism in handling customer requests.

Audrey is very excellent and did a wonderful job on completing my order, I had 4 lrg orders and she did an exceptional job while answering phones and dealing with 3 other customers while waiting for Help. She needs to be recognized as a Super Employee. I've been to other locations where they could not compere to her level and they had help.... Great Job Audrey!

I ordered online for pickup and when I got there my order was not showing on the screen. (Already paid online) They suggested I order in person and pay again after showing them it went through … still waiting for my refund to come back will be going up there to get my money back .

I will never order online from Subway again. I was at work & I placed the order an hour in advance & gave a specific pickup time, I actually arrived 10 minutes early. They must have made it right when I ordered it because the roast beef sandwich was cold, bread & veggies were soggy & there was no cheese. Obviously it had been sitting there a while. And I even gave a TIP online!!

Customer service is poor & phones are rarely answered (this happens on store down times as well). The employees speak in low volume and hate it when you ask them to repeat themselves. At this point the food in front of me, in the display/prepping window, seems "clean", but I'm not sure if employees prepping in the back are following the health inspection guidelines at this rate. Service isn't any better for when you order online and pick it up at the store. Asking to place all condiments & veggies on the side must be too much to ask for when it's specifically listed on order. I'd rather go to another Subway location where customers are appreciated. I'm recommending that the Manager and GM get together and hire new employees that care enough to earn a paycheck. This location needs a lot of employee training.

I ordered online....I'm not impressed I paid 41.23 with a few of 4.95 for DoorDash service and 6.20 for the DoorDash tip....so together 59.43 for four sandwiches they left out drinks, as well as the chips, and gave us random ones as well as no cheese or onions. I called over 6 times with no answer. I do not appreciate that I read reviews, and seen multiple people saying they aren't answering their calls machine....if you're going to get orders wrong, at least give a refund or answer your phone.

There is only one women that works here that will greet you and smile. She is probably the reason I continue to go back to this location. They focus on online orders first, even if they have a line out the door. Decided to place an online order to avoid waiting in line for a long time. Arrived at the pick up time and stood there for 15 minutes before they said they didn’t have my order. I showed them my order confirmation in my email so they looked it up and started to make it. Didn’t even acknowledge that they lost the ticket or even attempt to apologize. I love subway and go to this location at least once a week. The food always taste fresh but after dealing with poor customer service from them and several others in the area (Schertz/cibolo), I will not be going back to subway again. Do better subway!

Bit into an olive pit almost broke a tooth this is after subpar service they've changed how they serve you.You can no longer watch the full making of your food so you don't know how much meat is actually being put on the sandwich. We will not be back of the counters look like they haven't been cleaned in weeks.

First time I had ordered from this location. Now I know it's up the street. The sandwiches were made perfectly. Thank you, to the very kind two young men that were working when I went in to pick up the sandwiches. Very clean restaurant.
Vegetarian options: You have your choices of flat bread or breads. Choice of fresh vegetables. If you like the dressings, you have choices as well. The veggie sub with Italian dressing for me, please! Thank you.
