Server pulled out a short piece of bread. I said that bread looks a little short. Can you just add an extra scoop of tuna to make up for it. He said I will have to charge you extra. In life it’s important to get what you pay for and my wife has been shorted on her sub before. That’s why I’m leaving this review.

Ordered online came to pick up and the employees tell me they don't have my order after I waited for half an hour. Zero communication after, only to find out they had placed the ticket to the side and hadn't started the order after an hour of it being there. Will not be coming back to this terrible location.

At our time of visit there was a solo worker. He acknowledged us, didn't fuss when my littles were indecisive in what they wanted. Let him know that the Pepsi was out and got it changed right before a crowd of people came in. He was awesome in our visit to this location for a 1st time.

Super bad attitude from the employee working there. Seemed like he didn’t want to be there going through the motions, on his phone between orders. Haven’t been to a subway in years but received gift cards back in December we hadn’t used yet. Hard reminder today of why my family doesn’t eat here. Literally throwing the other gift cards in the trash.

Catherine and Gary were busting their asses and handling a surprise rush when my partner and I walked in. Our food was great and well handled! Not only that but both manager and sandwich artist were hard at work the entire time we were here, working in tandem to give the best service possible.

It's hard to find a reliable Subway (or fast food in general) these days and even though it's a bit of a drive, we will keep coming back!

3 times wrong order packed! This is totally scrap !!

The service quality needs improvement as there have been instances of incorrect orders. It would be helpful if the staff ensured accuracy and professionalism in handling customer requests.

Audrey is very excellent and did a wonderful job on completing my order, I had 4 lrg orders and she did an exceptional job while answering phones and dealing with 3 other customers while waiting for Help. She needs to be recognized as a Super Employee. I've been to other locations where they could not compere to her level and they had help.... Great Job Audrey!

I ordered online for pickup and when I got there my order was not showing on the screen. (Already paid online) They suggested I order in person and pay again after showing them it went through … still waiting for my refund to come back will be going up there to get my money back .

I ordered my Ultimate B.M.T. with double meat and bacon and a large, iced tea online for 6 p.m. for an outside pickup. I arrived about 5 minutes early. After waiting about 10 minutes and no delivery, I found my meal on a rack. I informed the girl that this was mine and asked why it was not brought out to the car. She said oh, was I supposed to take it out. Then I asked for a cup of tea and found that the container was out of tea. The girl said, "We are not out of tea; it's just not made." The sub was about the best I have ever had at Subway. It was nicely made (probably not by the girl since customer service was not her cup of tea). I will not be back to this store again.

I will never order online from Subway again. I was at work & I placed the order an hour in advance & gave a specific pickup time, I actually arrived 10 minutes early. They must have made it right when I ordered it because the roast beef sandwich was cold, bread & veggies were soggy & there was no cheese. Obviously it had been sitting there a while. And I even gave a TIP online!!
