Strangest experience ever for a Taco Bell! A nice guy working the drive thru was also preparing all of the food by himself with no manager or help. As the drive thru line piled up into the parking lot on this busy Saturday, I went inside to check on my order. The lady at the front was helping only dine-in customers but apologized and said there is only one guy there today doing all of the work and that I must wait on a manager (who never appeared) in order to receive any refund??

I finally received my food and an apology from the same guy who also was taking and preparing all of the drive thru orders. I never saw a manager anywhere in the restaurant, even after I asked for one. I really hope this drive thru guy finds a better job soon. I would hire him in a heartbeat if we had any openings at my company.

My advice: Go to the Cibolo location instead. So much better! They can be seen working as a team to be sure customer orders are filled quickly.

There's always a wait even when there isn't a line, and sometimes the food is still colder than you'd expect. So what's the hold up for? Despite the 2 or 3 employees that are worth a damn, the service is always slow. It can take a bit to even get your order sorted out.

I order a 8 piece leg n thigh.not realizing it was Tuesday only special. So they had a family sale for 24.00 which was 8.00 cheaper so I told the guy working he said I have to ask the manager. So he came back n said that they were to busy and the manager wouldn't make the changes . So as i waited for my food the mader I got so they brought out my food. I then asked for the manager again . I explained what I did he said sorry were to busy I can't help you. So I told him just refund my order I'd go somewhere else . He grabbed the food n threw it away and came back with my money. This is the world we live in. They would rather throw away the food then do any customer service.

Overall a fine experience with the employees who apologized for a lack of an item. They took our order correctly and served us quickly. They were friendly and the food was good. Our only desire is for the dining area to be more clean.
