It’s called a Mango monsoon and babyyyyy it has so many tropical fruits in there I loved it and it was so delicious. So I work in the complex and I saw many a people going into the store so I got curious and I went in too. For the first time this was my order. It’s also beautifully set up inside the store. Im loving their current Halloween decor. Store looked great and the product was delicious. It’s worth the price I paid too. They do have an app with a rewards program (I love being rewarded). Started out with a free smoothie to join their app I can’t wait to use that next time. Great first experience. I’ll be back! And I recommend if you come across a locations top on in and give them a try.

Older white guy with a palm tree collar shirt taking orders seemed to be in a terrible mood today. I wasn’t sure if he was ready to take my order or not because he didn’t even speak to me let alone greet me.
He asked if I wanted “light or dark” chocolate in my strawberry banana smoothie. I said light, assuming that meant milk chocolate. Instead, my smoothie came with WHITE chocolate, which I absolutely can’t stand. Definitely never coming back.

I went into tropical smoothie @ 1:40pm around 1:45pm ordered & bought 3 apple pie paradise smoothies. As I was waiting for them to be made. Tera had made 2 of them and there was extra in the blender and I ask her if I could taste alittle bit of it since I don’t normally like apple pie. I think I don’t like it because of texture but if it’s blended so it might be different. I was thinking if I tasted it and didn’t like it I could have ordered a different one. There were two people in the back a young man named Aaron and a girl named -Matti The guy said something to Tera about we don’t do taste test and I said you use to, what happened. Nobody was listening and I asked was Veronica here. I said it again and the young man Aaron said she’s saying something and I said yes I am. I was asking why don’t they. So Matti came up and said Veronica wasn’t back there and she’s next in line what can I help you with. I asked what happened you use too. She said we don’t do them anymore and we don’t put them in the (not sure what size think the kids cup) cup anymore . I said I didn’t ask for it in that cup. And she said I know you didn’t I was telling the other girl that (Tera). And we were still talking back and forth loud and then she said don’t cuss at me. I said just one minute I never cussed at you never said a cuss word. Any words that came out of my mouth was not even close to a cuss word. And then she said well it sounded like you wanted to cuss. You can’t tell me what I was going to say or it sounded like a cuss word if it never was. I asked again is Veronica here I saw her when I came in and the guy Aaron said she was in the back the other girl Mattie said she’s not back there . I said ok what is your name she said also with an attitude MATTI (She spelled it out while touching her name tag) And was mumbling as she walked away! I feel so disrespected that she accused me of something I first off didn’t do! And she was rude with an attitude. We had been coming there for years and if not there then to Bamc to give our business. I’m done! Never again will I or my family (or let me give word of mouth to the experience I had to people I know) come back in there. We will be heading over to Smoothie King from hear on out. I have been a manager for years. (Never ever have I heard of some accusing someone of cussing when they didn’t) She should have spoke to me in a different manner. Not once did she apologize for accusing me of cussing or for the situation of no longer able to taste it. The other employees Ashley and Tera were nice. Except Matti Feel free to check your surveillance camera!

Manager Hunter is disrespectful and rude to his staff. He causes a verbally abusive atmosphere. Highly recommend leadership training especially with his approach to younger female team members. Adrian and Matti stepped in to assist their team member Ashley which was great to see the team work. With the switch in roles it put Hunter at the register and it was oddly funny to see he is capable of customer service.

I’m door dash driver and every time I pick up from this location I’m ignored by the staff. I’ve been told to simply wait until my pick up is ready and waiting in there to go cubbies. Overall terrible service. I’m currently ten minutes late on a pick up and have not been spoken to once by the staff or even asked whose order I’m picking up. Worst of all it seems like the staff are hiding because I’m the only person in the dining room and they’ve spent the majority of the time in the back.
Love the smoothies, wraps and flatbreads! Always friendly service.
