I can’t stand this location! The lazy black girl with the braids working the register is so unprofessional and lacks worth ethic! Can you greet your customer? Or what about making a simple smoothie correctly? She is the only employee who displays such a lack of integrity! Get a job somewhere else if you’re unhappy! Please fire her!!!!! From now on if I see her I’m walking clean out the door!

The smoothies are great. Customer service not so much. Came on a Saturday morning only 2 people were waiting and the 2 girls working didn't even acknowledge we were there until it was time for us to order. Not even a "hey thanks forwaiting " their faces were like they hate working there.

It’s good to see in reviews that at least some people are able to get their orders in a reasonable amount of time. I’ve been coming here for years and I can’t remember when I waited less than 10-15 minutes for a single smoothie. I’ve worked in the industry for years before, I get busy hours and short staff etc. but today I see it’s kinda busy, about 8-9 people are working at once and ONE person is working the smoothie station while several others are around the back kitchen. Maybe they’re all busy ( hope) but no one today seemed to be working with a sense of urgency, you’ve also got two male employees chit chatting at a stand up table and both are working on replenishing drink carriers that go into bags (is that a two-man job especially if they’re talking and not getting a lot done during a backup of orders?). I’m really not trying to sound like a Karen I promise but the overall vibe I get anytime I’m here is everyone moving at an overly relaxed pace, or more importantly I see that delegating tasks for better efficiency is not a priority. I dread pulling up every time because I really love the smoothies here but hate the thought of knowing I’ll always have to wait a long time for one. (I have called ahead before trust me I do that…and more often than not, even after placing orders 20 minutes ahead of time, I arrive and it’s not ready….)

Always great service and great portions and always a leader on duty running the show. Maddie was the manager that helped me out lucky to have her she great and so are the other employees here. unlike the new braunfels location no managers there's only kids running the show. looks like this store manager could teach the other store a thing or two lol. Keep up the great work team schertz.

The food and smoothies are great if you are willing to wait. We waited over 40 minutes for 3 smoothies when there were only two other orders all to find out they gave my order to someone else. Other than it taking a long time, the food and quality is great!

Dropped in for a quick smoothie. The place was booming with orders and only 2 employees. I have never seen employees work so seamlessly together. They never skipped a beat and were nonstop. Hunter was the most amazing to watch. He was multi-tasking and did it so effortlessly. Thank you for all your hard work. I deeply appreciate it. And by the way, the smoothies are delicious.

There is one employees that needs a hard training in customer service. I love to walk in and get my daily smoothies but it’s hard to be a return customer when ann employees rolls their eyes when your smoothie isn’t ready days in a row at the promised time. I order online to make sure I can make it to work on time!

I am a sucker. I confess that I spend 9 bucks per stop on a smoothie that consist of a banana, spinach, mango and kale. They're always kind enough to give me the overage upon request.I also love that the location helps children that have either fought cancer or are still in the fight. Thank you for being here!!
