The night I went was slow. It was Karoke night. Low key entertainment. It would be nice if more people would invest time here. A mix of retired and younger people.

Wished me and my lil bro could have played pool. There was a tournament going on. Had fun other than that. Karaoke was good and the company was awesome as usual
The music is mostly old Mexican music with their DJ, it is bigger than what it appears to be but does need to be refreshed. VFW post 76 downtown on Broadway has the best

It was ok...went on "goat roper" nite...two stepping... band was good... Felt like an outsider...must likely been my Marine Corps cap... next time, I'll wear my cowboy hat... I have rode a horse ? a few times, and native Texan!

Love this place..as a Vet of 24 years this is a place where I can be around others who have "been there...done that" and since it's an open post, the public is more than welcome to enjoy some drinks food and socializing...Come on down and that a vet!!!

SHOUT OUT to Jen and Brittany!!!They have Amazing customer Service, along with a Welcoming Smile!!!I will say the older lady was Not as friendly and rather Rude. My husband and I were sitting at a table enjoying our appetizer after my oncology appointment. Some older ladies came in and next thing we know, she comes to our table and puts a RESERVE sign on it. Now, whenwe entered there were 2 TWO tables that Did Not have a sign.She proceeds to tell us we have an hour to sit there. We decided to move to the other table and another rude lady said she was reserving that table. ??♀️We moved to the bar and enjoyed chatting with Jen and Brittany.I think the older bartender needs a refresher on customer service.When I went to order our drinks, she looked at me and said it would be a moment. She then was asking the other patrons at the bar if they wanted another drink.Jennifer took my order and was Fabulous!!!

It saddens me to write this, I use to really like being at this Post for Events because it used to be more welcoming to the general public. Unfortunately last night has made it clear that the entire atmosphere had changed and no longer welcoming. It's bad enough that the Assistant Manager Jill has been caught multiple times bashing members to customers, but for even the Axillary President Judy of all people to be harassing customers and not respecting reservations made in advance that were confirmed by the Manager herself is beyond disappointing. It is so sad that the Employees on duty are not informed of these reservations in advance and are put in the middle when the Members decide to harass customers to try to force them to move over a "table" of all things. The Assistant Manager was even there when the Reserved table was being decorated and for the employees on duty to not be informed prior to her departure is disrespectful as an employer to their employees as well as to the customers. So for the Auxiliary President or any other members to harass customers away is very disrespectful and just plain ugly service for the canteen and the post as a whole.
