ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL DOLL!! amazing staff especially the manager, he was kind, welcoming, and helpful and even came to check on us while we were eating, made sure we had plenty of sauce and even made sure our fries were hot and fresh!

So I went through the drive through to pick up a mobile order for my family. My daughter was super excited for the Wednesday meal. The online order experience was great. However the staff on duty will rude through the intercom groaning loudly with the mic so on so that we can hear them and oh my god really loud through the mic at the drive-thru. Then when they gave us our food it didn't come in the packaging that I was supposed to at all we didn't get the sauces that we asked for literally it was just a Wendy's meal shoved in the bags with the others we paid extra for the Wednesday special but I didn't get that. So I informed him the next time you want to grown and oh my God over the mic make sure your mic is off and we left and I will not be coming back. There was no hay we're out of the packaging anything like that would have been fine but there was none of that completely rude disrespectful. I don't even expect like happy people all the time. Nor do i expect above and beyond customer service. I do however expect common decency.

I ordered a medium mushroom bacon cheeseburger medium fries and a medium frosty. I was given the Frosty and then asked to pull forward there was no one in the Drive-Thru when I arrived and very few people in the restaurant. I pulled into a parking space to eat my meal. I was given the last of the french fries it looked like they had been in the bin for a while because there were no full french fries. I don't know what happened to "hot and juicy" but the burger was far from it and neither were the fries. 🥺 Consistently bad food

Folks. The beef isn't frozen, but it's definitely not ground beef from a cow. Comes out of the fridge grey, and turns bright artificial pink the longer it sits out. Patties are cooked on low low heat, basically sous vide in fat. I've never seen or tasted 'beef' like this. 'Grilled' chicken is microwaved. And it ain't cheap.
Dietary restrictions: Do not eat Wendy's if you value your health. All locations, nationwide.

Came here today at lunch around 11:15am. I waited for my food for 20 minutes and I left without food because I only have a 30 minute lunch. There was a long line of vehicles pulled over waiting on food. They kept my money and I didn't receive my food. Poor service! Do not waist your time at this location.
