I had an issue with trying to use a debit card to place an order online so I went into Schertz Wingstop to place the order. After placing the order in the store, it seems although the online order didn't want to process my order it locked up funds on my debit card, preventing me from using the debit card to fully pay for the in store order. David, the in store manager recognized this issue and told me my debit card balance would be restored in a couple hours, therefore he comped my in store order. Sure enough, after checking my debit card balance two hours later the locked up funds were removed and my debit card balance was restored. Thank You David for providing outstanding customer support in this matter!!!

The wings that we receive had barely any sauce on them. If not, none at all, they looked very undercooked and didn't feel safe to eat. So we had to cook them longer. We could have just kept our money and did it. Ourself.

Only reason I’m giving today a 5 ⭐️ is because RACHEL AND THE BLACK DUDE WITH THE LOOONG DREADS are working today 11/23/25 and everytime they are in there by themselves ( especially the dude) the food is amazing .. I mean FRESH COOKED PERFECTLY AND EXACTLY HOW YOU ORDER IT !! On the other hand them kidssss that work in there food be horrible not tasteful at all $20 is a lot for food that I’m not going to even enjoy !! So if I see kids in there I won’t even waste mine time .

There's like 7-9 people just chatting around, doing nothing, they asked for whom im picking up the order like 10 times but no one i see doing something, they take forever to do one order, others dashers unasign the orders because of the excessive wait, more than 20 minutes

Wingstop is hands down the best place for wings! The flavors are always on point, the wings are crispy and juicy, and everything is made fresh. Whether you’re into spicy, sweet, or classic flavors, there’s something for everyone. Consistently great food and a go-to spot when I’m craving wings!

guys this place sucks, we waited for our food and it was cold, only our fries were warm. the red head girl gave us attitude the whole time and the other workers were just starring at us and on their phones at the counter. it was super unprofessional and the food just felt like it was taken out of the fridge. don't come here. ever. what a waste of 45 dollars. brandon was cool tho.

Twice in a row now we have have exceedingly long waits for food. A few weeks back we had an hour wait. Tonight was a 2 hour wait. Neither orders were big (2 10 pc and fries). We called to cancel and was put on hold for 45 minutes before eventually getting our food.

I ordered two 10-piece bone-in wing orders, and got 100% drummettes. In short, I didn't get a single wing piece from Wingstop. What a joke! I double-checked the app, and there isn't even an option to pick all drummettes, so this all-drummette nonsense was all on Wingstop and nothing on me.

The 20 drummettes I did get were lukewarm at best, not too saucy, and tasted like they were made a day prior, adding insult to injury.

I have ordered from this location before, and have never had a problem, but today was the big exception.

The next time I order wings, I will avoid this location...can't even spare one wing out of 20 pieces. Disgraceful!

This location needs to go away. We’ve lived in the area for a few years now and while we love Wingstop locations that can actually get orders completed, this isn’t one of them. This last episode just shows pure lack of leadership. We ordered a delivery order from the Wingstop app at 6:05. It said we’d receive it by 6:51. We understood that is an estimate so we waited until 7:00 to call. When we called we were told it was sent out. Interestingly the “worker?” on the phone didn’t ask for anything other than my first name. He seemed confused and then said they sent the order out. He couldn’t understand that we ordered delivery from THEIR app. Nearly 40 minutes later we still don’t have the order. We finally asked for a refund and were told to come in the store in 2 to 3 days later to talk to a manager then to get approval from the district manager then 5-7 business days for us to receive the refund. What a joke. First I bet if there was a little investigation into how many times this happens and how much money is essentially stolen from people, it would be ridiculous. Wingstop do yourself a favor. Fire the management at this restaurant and get someone in there that considers customer service important. Additionally, if you’re going to process delivery orders through your website, let the customer know where.
