Making people pay for ranch and they didn't even put the ranch in there. Ridiculous people can't read a receipt and give me What I Paid for. How do I get 1 ranch with a 6 wings but I order 20 wings and still get 1 ranch. I paid for another and still got one ranch. Do you understand the problem, I shouldn't get 1 ranch with 20 wings, it should have came with 2 all on its own. But no I had to pay for it and still not get it.

Guy at register was at no help. He was so confused about the mild and med.spice. then order was sent out incomplete. Tried for over 45 minutes to reach by phone no avail. Please remedy this problem disappointed customer

Today at 7:14pm 07/29/29 I placed a delivery order for a 6 piece wing combo and 5 free wing offer going on. It’s 8:45 as I’m typing this and I haven’t not received my food and it’s been well over an hour!!! I’ve had my delivery person change every time I check on my food!! It doesn’t take almost 2 hours for 11 WINGS!!! And a hand full of fries and a drink!!!! GET IT TOGETHER!! SLOWER THAN WHATABURGER!!! These people won’t even answer the phone when you call them! The phone doesn’t even ring!! Dont waste your time here! Go to Wayne’s wings, so much better and faster!!

These fries are black. It’s not even like a slightly crunchy potato. Biting into it is just crunch. Not only that, but I waited a long time for my order. If you’re gonna take a long time, at least do it right. The fact that I was served burnt fries means someone who works here saw they were burnt, and still packaged them up for me. What a shame.

Just picked up delicious wings from Wing Stop in Schertz. I was greeted upon entering the restaurant. Several customers were waiting for orders to go. Cooks in the back were hustling over the fryers. After a short wait, my wings were ready & stayed hot until I got home! I will order from here again! Great service!! 💛
The same person upfront acts oblivious to seeing customers, and Always fails to add the bag of carrots and celery. I'm a very understanding person but it is wildly annoying.

Ordering online was too difficult, so I called in my order. After calling 3 times and the number not working, I removed the 1 in front of the number on their website, and it went through. The wings and fries were fresh and hot when we picked them up. I wished they had a combo of boneless and bone-in.
