They can't even answer the phone properly. Called twice, the 1st time was automatically put.one hold, the 2nd time they guy just hung up. Seems they don't want business.

Very clean was afraid ordering my food 5 min before I showed I would have been there forever but was very fast! Although I didn’t get my ranch everyone was respectful fast and polite the lady in the front with glasses I believe her name was Angie was very respectful and made sure to re read over my order.

This has got to be the worst Wingstop. I spent $87 for overcooked, dry wings. Some wings weren't covered in sauce. Just laziness on their part. I'm not sure how this location stays in business. Everyone complains and nothing changes. I would rather have BWWs than this way less than mediocre, sad excuse for food. Never again. Schertz Wingstop you lost another customer.

When you buy 25+ wings you only get two small cups of ranch. They want to charge $1.59 per cup. I know inflation is up but satisfy the customers for once.

Did free delivery Wed and my food was hot and good. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because the driver left my food on the ground by the door. I have an entire bench in front of my house and two doorbells. Please Tell drivers not to place food on the ground and to also utilize door bells.

I used to visit this restaurant frequently but not so much anymore. I have seen them change employees several times, and it had gotten to the point that the food was hit or miss, so I stopped going. Wherever there was a problem, the manager was always accommodating.

Soda machine was out and I ordered a boneless 8pcs well done after i checked my food it was drowned in juice. I hate I’m at work otherwise I would definitely return this for a refund. Don’t think I’ll come back and I don’t recommend this place.
