The manager and assistant manager are the most professional and polite guys. The food is always warm, fresh, and delicious. This is the best Dairy Queen in South Texas.

Descent food in a bind. Pretty good service for a very young staff. The restaurant was not clean and very disarray.

We ordered hot dogs, and they were so awful, we couldn't eat them. We have them back to the gal at the register. Restrooms were beyond filthy.

Busy Sunday and after 4th of July, (not notified they were understaffed or cooks) we waited an hour for food. Bathroom had no toilet paper and after we ate we waited another 30 min just for ice cream. HORRIBLE!

Went there today 7/3/25. Hamburger meat had no taste, very bland. The cheese never melted on the meat, probably imitation. Bun fell apart.

We went in today, a Sunday, at 215 and didn't get our food until 305. There was only 1 person cooking and the girl taking orders was so in the weeds she couldn't see straight. I honestly don't know how she didn't quit on the spot. It got incredibly crowded- every table was full with people standing and no one had food on their table. The ice machine was empty and there were no lids. After 48 minutes we got our food and it was good, but by that point we questioned if it was even worth it. This could've been prevented by management having proper staffing, especially on a Sunday afternoon, in the middle of the summer off an interstate. Y'all need to do better for your employees and guests. It's worth the extra labor $.

There are too many good things to say about this place. The top of the list of course would be that it was not in houston, so that probably explains the outstanding customer service received by the three associates who worked as a single entity. For our order and everyone else that we observed during our dining experience. Outstanding!

I get it's a small town but why are DQ always so grungy? Two ladies were in no rush to serve customers. There were only 2 of us who came in and 1 family already there. Bathrooms were rough. Stick to Bucees and pick up some ice cream there.

Absolutely the dirtiest place ever. Watched an employee with gloves touch his cap and earphones for ordering then stick his hand in the candy for the ice cream. Tables were dirty only 4 out of about were clean. Floor is sticky
