Absolutely the dirtiest place ever. Watched an employee with gloves touch his cap and earphones for ordering then stick his hand in the candy for the ice cream. Tables were dirty only 4 out of about were clean. Floor is sticky

Originally we stopped in Flatonia at the DQ there and waited so long we finally gave up and drove to this DQ instead. Michael immediately greeted us on the drive thru speaker and was quickly back to take our order. He and his coworker were busy the entire time but had a good attitude and worked quickly to get us our order despite it just being just the 2 of them. If you are on a road trip heading east, this is the DQ for you.

The black female not the working the drive thru today Feb 14 was completely RUDE! She needs customer service training and after she slid my food bowl across tje table I said "thank you" she turned around waved her hand and said "yea ok". Wow! I'm assuming she doesn't like her job!

Ordered for 4 people using the app, 2 kids meals, 2 adult meals and 2 blizzards, opted for curbside. At one point they had curbside signs at the front by the road, these are no longer there, I checked in on the app and waited 10 minutes for someone to come out, there was an employee taking a break and a few cars in the drive thru , once the other cars left I moved to drive thru line, and let the kid at the window know that I had a mobile order and had been parked at the front, he goes "oh" and goes over to the receipt machine by the front counter. It was obvious that they had not started on the order..despite it being confirmed in the app that it was received and they had it. The kid comes back a couple minutes later telling me that they did not have the blizzard that I ordered anymore..I asked to have it refunded to my card, I assume it was the shift manager that came up and said that the refund needed to be done thru the app, but she can put the order in if I wanted something else. I already started getting heated because this is the 4th or 5th time that we have ordered something and they "don't have it" ...another few minutes the same kid comes up and says that they ran out of steak fingers, that was ordered for one of the kids meals, okay fine just do chicken strips, THEN comes back and says that they have also ran out of french fries...this was at 7pm on a sunday and they were still supposed to be open until 10. Shift manager comes back with an attitude, and this point i was on fire. I paid over $40 for 4 people and was not going to get half of what I ordered...after exchanging no so nice words, from the both of us and refusing to leave without some sort of food I finally received our food. 45 minutes later than when I got there. The grilled cheese was not melted just put on the bread and that was it , the chicken tenders were almost to hard to eat, the tacos when ordered, specifically had to leave off tomatoes and had them all over the place, there was more grease in the taco meat than there was topping or actual taco meat and ended up being thrown away because it was not even close to edible. blizzards were half melted by the time that we got home because they were given to us first and the tea had obviously been sitting there all day ,because it was sour. We should have known not to order after it continuously being a disappointment , but we do not have many options in our little town and every now and then we get out of there without an issue. Complete disappointment this time. Until they find people that will actually do things the way they need to be done , and pay attention, it will continue to go downhill.

Whoever's at the window needs hearing aids and memory tests done, the manager needs to fix her attitude, and the guy with the beard needs to fix his mouth. And what's the point of having the dairy queen app if you can only have one free blizzard/hungrbuster per family? What do you mean y'all only expected children to get the free foods? Do adults just automatically not have stomachs anymore? That makes absolutely no sense, it's not even stated anywhere in the DQ Texas app. The worst service by far, never going back to this dairy queen ever again. Absolutely ridiculous.

Female working the window has a horrible attitude , No people skills never smiled, and showed a dislike for even having to serve. I truly hope the staff on the inside was better.

Stopped in to grab my favorite burger, left hungry and in complete disappointment. People working lacked proper training. The cook took a 30 minute break and left everyone hanging. I ordered my foot at 8:15pm and when my food arrived 35 minutes later, it was a complete disaster. The fries were cold and soggy, the burger was absolutely disgusting with the buns being completely soaked in grease. Got a refund and left. Do yourself a favor and eat at Whataburger across the street.
