Oh my, absolutely a must try bakery. The best dough I've tasted since my German family baked. The Kolache, whether sausage or sweet, is indescribable delicious. Has that homemade flavor that you get from a real butcher shop. The sweets have all different flavors, including poppyseed and cottage cheese, which are a real tradition in other European cultures Busy place understandably but staff are very efficient.
