For my daughters wedding, we had booked a cake months in advance, and had it fall thru a month before the wedding. We found Susie and we are glad we did. She was so helpful and listened to everything my daughter wanted and helped up work with in our budget. The cake came out beautiful and tasted amazing. We had amaretto with strawberry filling. Susie made our wedding cake and groom's cake - Almond sour cream with raspberry and white chocolate ganache, and German chocolate. OMG!! They were both EXACTLY as the pictures I provided her, AND they were delicious! Even the caterer said they were the best wedding cakes they've ever had, and they've tasted a lot of wedding cakes! Thank you Susie!!!
