I can't seem to understand the amount of negative reviews. I stopped by to get breakfast and Aubrie was beyond amazing. She provided great customer service and made nice suggestions as it was my husband's and I first time trying Taco Bell breakfast. My food was made fresh by the other employee in the kitchen who was also very pleasant. Everything was hot and order was accurate. Absolutely no complaints! Will be back...

Young female employee sitting in the lobby on her break disrespectfully on the phone stating that she hate hoes and she hate old people, first of no one care to hear her conversation and sitting there disrespecting others should not be heard in the lobby.

Ordered food. Immediately after told me it would be 15 min. (This didn’t bother me it happens) I didn’t want to wait so I asked for a refund right away. They told me there was no manager to refund the order so I had no choice but to wait. The cashier then tells the people right behind me they might as well leave and not order because of the wait. Then she leaves up front and talks to the other employees of the gas station while the kitchen is getting slammed. After about 10 min the same cashier comes up to me and says “you’re still waiting” then laughed at me.
Whoever owns this store really needs to check their staff Oct 27th around 8:30pm
Avoid this place at all cost!

If I could give zero stars I would.
Today after a long day traveling we stopped in the drive thru for a quick bite on the road.
As we approached to order we asked several times to give us a moment but whoever was working kept pushing .. so as we are hurrying to order he asks several times huh what so we repeated ourselves several times to make sure he got it … than as we were going to order more food he rudely yells at us ok ok I heard you the first five times. ..so rude and unprofessional. Than he goes on to argue with us and tell us that we were loud in his ear are you serious!!
This dude is a complete joke and should not be in customer service.
We didn’t try the food so I can’t comment on that he made the experience so unpleasant that we left and took our business elsewhere !!
This guy should be hired for how he handles customers ! What an absolute disgrace.

Please don’t waste your time with this location it’s horrible the manager is very unprofessional very rude and disrespectful there are good workers under him but he makes the place look terribly bad he’s not good with people pray for new management if you do however stop it this location check your food throughly and if you see something say something call corporate or ask for someone in Hr totally disgusted with this manger once again there are good workers

My advice - make sure you check your order carefully before you leave. Last three times that I have been there over the past three months, we did not get all the food that we ordered or paid for. Today we were shorted two bean burritos and two soft supreme tacos. We were already at home when we discovered the shortage. When I tried to call, they would not answer phone.

I came here around 2pm on Tuesday Feb 20, 2024. Like most people I am more motivated to leave complaints rather than praise. But in my 47 years I have never had such a perfect burrito and taco. Every bite was as good from the first to the last. Perfectly distributed. I don't know who is doing this but they deserve raises and should train the entire chain on how they do it, because this is how it should be. Thank you everyone here for making my day a bit better. ?

Forgot my wallet, and the 2 people at the drive through didnt want anything to do with me sending money through cashapp or writing a check. They looked disgusted with me. My daughter cried because she didn't get her rice. It's fine, I made homemade rice which is better anyway. Just broke my heart that some people like those two really couldn't care less about others.
