My husband and I have stopped here twice on the way to San Antonio for a quick bite. We will continue to do so on every trip. Dined in the first time, drive through second time. We are not fast food eaters, but the Crunchwraps HIT!!! Always piping hot, taste fresh, and they’re generous with the sauce. The workers have been very friendly and we didn’t have to wait long for our food both times.

My husband stopped to eat here on the way home traveling. He bought a Mexican pizza and it was forgotten to be cut. He took it back to get it cut well because it's s pizzle lol and the older white lady got the job done for him lol I know my husband can be a little much but you getting his Mexican pizza cut brought a smile to his face! Small things that are forgotten but fixed without issues is what makes life great! Thank you

Incredibly slow service. I’m talking 20 minutes or so with 5 workers behind the counter and only a couple other customers. Slowest Taco Bell I’ve ever been to.

Every time I have been to this location not one have I ever received the correct order. The orders I receive are not even remotely close to what I ever order. Makes absolutely no sense.

I ordered my meal got to the window, gentleman asked if there was another drink he could get me beside mt dew, I said Dr Pepper, then was asked if I wanted something else besides that. After asking what they did have to drink a co worker comes over tightens the knob on the soda machine and mt dew is working now. But noticed that both my drinks were medium instead of large pointed it out to the employee. To be told we are out of large cups and the window shut in my face. Was they really out of cups or just didn’t want to have to go get more? Is this the way the owner gets a bigger bonus. No large cups and less soda means more money in their pocket? That is the million dollar question. Pun intended... Needless to say I didn’t get what I paid for.

I travelled alot to this taco bell store and ordered burritos, then i start my route and i opened the bags , inside the wrap it was totally different thing what i order, that was so bad. They made my dinner so …….👎🏻.

Trash! I just left there and drive 20 mins one way to get there to only receive my order with no sauces that it should have come with. Cantina tacos and cheesy dipping burrito that comes mandatory but I received absolutely no sauce. I
Never complain about this kind of stuff but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant.

If you’re hungry, you’ve got to go somewhere else! I waited 19 minutes for food. I could’ve sat down at a restaurant and gotten a real meal at this point and the reason why it’s because they focused on the drive-through and ignored us in the lobby. the lobby was packed full of people waiting 20 minutes for their food And they focused on drive-through drive-through drive-through. And then when I finally get my burrito, all the sour cream is in one bite. All of the cheese is in one bite. All of the chips are in one bite they just it seemed like they threw the toppings at it from across the room

I can't seem to understand the amount of negative reviews. I stopped by to get breakfast and Aubrie was beyond amazing. She provided great customer service and made nice suggestions as it was my husband's and I first time trying Taco Bell breakfast. My food was made fresh by the other employee in the kitchen who was also very pleasant. Everything was hot and order was accurate. Absolutely no complaints! Will be back...

Young female employee sitting in the lobby on her break disrespectfully on the phone stating that she hate hoes and she hate old people, first of no one care to hear her conversation and sitting there disrespecting others should not be heard in the lobby.

Ordered food. Immediately after told me it would be 15 min. (This didn’t bother me it happens) I didn’t want to wait so I asked for a refund right away. They told me there was no manager to refund the order so I had no choice but to wait. The cashier then tells the people right behind me they might as well leave and not order because of the wait. Then she leaves up front and talks to the other employees of the gas station while the kitchen is getting slammed. After about 10 min the same cashier comes up to me and says “you’re still waiting” then laughed at me.
Whoever owns this store really needs to check their staff Oct 27th around 8:30pm
Avoid this place at all cost!
