The food was pretty good. Service was good. We had the boudin nachos and the crawfish queso. I would come back here. There was live music up on the terrace with another bar, very nice views and vibe.

We are here a couple of times during our stay nearby. It is a floating bar with food options but since it was on the water we had to give it a try based on local recommendations. The first night we wanted to have an appetizer/light dinner, so we ordered the boudin nachos. My wife was skeptical at first but she really liked them, so much so that we went back the second night for another round. Sitting on the water was really nice and although it was loud inside, the outside part of the top deck was quiet enough for us to have a conversation and still enjoy the live band. We will definitely visit again when in Seabrook/Kemah area!

I normally love barge but last night kind of sucked. Ordered a couple beers, they had mold all on the rim where you drink and bottom of the can. Stuff happens, let the bartender know and moved on. We then ordered chips and salsa started eating to realize we were given marinara not salsa. Moved on from that. Ordered chicken nachos with pick on the side, pico was all over it. Moved on from that…. THEN a friend came to meet us there and got the shrimp tacos. She only received 2 instead of 3 like it’s supposed to come with and they were so over cooked. Definitely dropped the ball last night.

First time here and I will never come back . I was sitting outside with family have a great time. The hours of operation say 2 am for closing . They don’t close at 2 am. The bartender just closed the facility and kept my card , left all gates open, didn’t even come by and say the facility was closing at 12. The bartender just up and left. There are no signs of hours of business anywhere on the property. Had to go back the next day and get my card . The new bartender that was working had to try and find it . Thankfully the bartender had closed the tab. Will not come back here again .

The Barge is always a good time. The Church service on Sundays is my new favorite place to be. The music is alive and the message is alive, the people are family, and they have crawfish!!!! I highly recommend it. The other 6 days a week it's a great music, event venue with beautiful views and the breeze of Clear Lake.
They claim to be kid friendly but I would strongly disagree. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I will never step foot in this establishment again after what happened during our last visit here. Staff was very rude.
