Ordered a 3$ burger got a $6 burger and no cheese, didn't get what I asked for and the recipe doesn't tell u what you payed . The meat on the burger was extremely disapining might aswell call it a veggie burger . Not what I payed for and disappointing 😔

We go in about once a week and get blizzards, and about a month or so ago something changed. There is a young Hispanic girl that is rude as can be always giving customers dirty looks. Tonight we went and one out of three blizzards were correct. From the moment they started making the blizzards it took about 10 minutes to finish. Long enough that the ice was already melting. I felt bad for the new girl because you could tell she was taught bare basics of the register and that’s all.

I received probably the worst burger that I've ever had in my life. the Patty was dry and stunk from the first bite. it immediately tasted as if it was bad meat that had been frozen and then thawed and then cooked and served. the bacon was as tough as it was thin and also somehow both almost entirely devoid of flavor but rotten tasting simultaneously.
there must apparently be no quality assurance at this restaurant and I assume no one is eating the food from the kitchen who is serving it because I'm certain that if I were to have eaten the burger I would probably be hospitalized today.

There’s one professional Woman working her butt off. Everyone else is rude to her even though she’s trying to get them to do their jobs. There’s a lady literally refusing to make mobile orders right in front of us customers. Everyone but the African American Girl needs to go she’s literally the only professional in this store. It’s May/4/2025 I don’t know the young ladies name but promote her. She wears glasses and is African American so there’s no confusion. The rest of your staff is trash 🗑️

i ordered 5 blizzards all with extra toppings from yall and 3 of them were just plain old vanilla ice cream even the oreo blizzard had NO OREOS !! what type of sense does that make 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ get better employees!!!! or just learn how to read a ticket honestly….
