We did drive thru and asked us to wait on the parking lot and we waited for the order there for like 25 mins to 30 mins, and the guy came out and gave us the wrong order, actually it was belongs to another drive thru customer, and we ended up waiting for our order again. Finally, after about 10mins our ordered was given to us and the guy left and when I checked our order it was missing something and I have to get out of the car, get inside the McDonald to tell them that our order is missing something and the lady asked me to wait for 3 mins to cook for the missing order. And finally when it was done I came back to the car and have the breakfast but at first bite, I chewed an egg shell.. it was literally a muffin with sausage and eggshell on it. I ended up throwing them. Who do you think wanna have a breakfast with egg shells?. You guys have to do your job properly. I will never buy anything in this location ever again, you guys have the very poor customer service. If there is a rating below one star you guys deserved that.

Food is always good and I never have complaints but gah dang today I went in just for a drink and I stood in line (I’d have to wait for a cup either way with the kiosk) and it took 10 minutes for anyone to help, the four eyed kid helped the person in front of me then left me and someone behind me to wait for 10 minutes and all I wanted was a drink, was tempted to just grab the cup but didn’t. Tend to the people in line before you start doing other nonsense, goofy ah

Tried to call as they gave us a happy meal with no fries and 2 toys. Didn’t realize until we got home. I did a mobile order so I do not have a physical receipt. The phone number has does not work and says the line is busy and when it does ring, no one answers. Will be coming back up tomorrow.

A girl named ZOEY! She's very RUDE! My son accidentally ordered the wrong drink through the app and she got very nasty when I asked could she change it. I've been coming to this location over 2 years and never experienced since unprofessional and nasty behavior. She really needs to adjust her behavior

Cashier got order wrong…next person hands me the wrong food….real order had wrong products….was told I had to get back in drive through to get missing items…the manager then gets me missing item then charges me full price when it should have been part of the initial order. There’s not much more that could have been wrong with this experience. Good job McDonalds
