Best restaurant and wine in clear lake. Rad prik is the best on the menu.
Went for a birthday dinner and Merlion supplied decorations, champagne, and dessert, all complimentary. The happy hour menu is great value and the service has always been attentive and thoughtful.

A wonderful evening, sampling some of Merlion's best appetizers. We love the Mixed Tempura (with shrimp and calamari), the Crab Bisque, and the Softshell Crab. Katie took great care of us at just the right moments. We also received a warm greeting from Bernice, the restaurant manager. (From dining here for many years, we've come to know almost all of the crew at Merlion.) For a main course, I tried the Kao Pad (fried rice) with crab meat, which was absolutely delicious....
