Went for the first time yesterday and won’t be back. We waited forever and never got waited on, we made contact with the host and still nothing. The place was empty so I don’t understand. We saw everyone come in after us and were immediately greeted . Not 1 single person came to us. I know it was on purpose because someone sat at the table behind us and next to us. We ended up leaving.

Place was crowded in service so slow, but I really can't fault them for that. Been going there for over a decade. It was crawfish night. 20 pounds for the table! It was all gone recommend it!

Got a beer, watched while they got person next to me wrong order, she never ask me to see a menu. I finally got her attention and ordered oysters . Smallest oysters ever and when I got the check they were 20.00 plus a beer 28.00. I sat at bar

We sat for at least 10 minutes and finally asked someone for service. The waitress said it wasn't her table but would take our order. My husband ordered grilled shrimp and they came out like boiled shrimp. The Moscow mule wasn't good. The restaurant was dirty. Lots of trash on floor. Very disappointed. Poor service

outdoor deck dining difficult with wind gusts. couldn't keep our food on picnic table. food quality apparently not checked before sent to diners. my food was undercooked and raw.

Fun place. Appetizers, dinner, drinks, and tip for 2 was just under $80. Good atmosphere and good food. Bottom layer of the nachos was a little soggy with the amount of queso laid down, but too much queso is a good problem to have.
Nice view. We seated ourselves with 20 open tables, ordered drinks, and then were told to go back out to the lobby and get on a 30 min wait list. Ridiculous.

We really enjoyed Sam’s Boat and even came back a second time during our vacation. My daughter loved the fried cod! The crab cakes were delicious. The boiled shrimp were well made, but a little too spicy for my son’s liking. The sauce on the redfish was amazing! I loved sitting out near the water. We saw many interesting birds. The service was good. It’s a very casual atmosphere. We went for an early dinner one day and lunch another. I could see that at night it could be a much more bar-like setting. Overall, it’s great!
