One of my favorite places to eat, meet with friends, and relax. Nice outdoor seating, quiet (I don't have to shout over loud music in a noisy indoor area), and excellent food. I like that the menu is small and tailored. They do a few things and do them well. I highly recommend.

I love the vibe of this place. We were shocked that 4 waffles with drinks and 2 cups of coffee amounted to $90 after tip.
Waffles should never be that expensive. It is sugar and flour after all....

I ordered a waffle with strawberries and 2 ice creams, coconut and vanilla, the waffle didn't taste as good as I expected and the ice creams didn't have anything special. For the prices I would not pay again. From the reviews I expected a delicious waffle, but no, and for the price I was disappointed, in my opinion.

We came in thinking it would be like any regular waffle joint. The staff was amazing; very friendly and helpful. THE WAFFLES... these are not your regular waffles. They're crispy but soft inside. We had the monte Cristo and eggs Benedict. 100% recommend.

I don't know what their secret is, but these were some of the best waffles I've ever had! Sweet, crispy on the outside, and delightfully dense. Highly recommend the Monte Cristo and you can't go wrong with any of the desert waffles. Limited seating inside, plenty of seating outside (when it's not too hot). Good coffee as well!

family of 5- we tried eggs Benedict, waffle bites, bacon waffle parfait with strawberries and bananas with whipped creme. everything was fabulous the waffles were perfect and crisp not too sweet. the cappuccino was very frothy and hot but not too hot to drink. the atmosphere was quaint and simple. focus on the food! we thoroughly enjoyed it!

It was my first time here at Seabrook Waffle Company. You will be underwhelmed by the size, but they are smaller for a reason! The actual waffle is made of dough, not batter, which gives it a dense consistency. I could not finish mine. It was so rich with flavor and sweet as well as savory, as I got the Chicken and Waffle. Y’all come here with the family as the atmosphere is friendly. If you come during summer though, keep in mind it’ll be hot! We came at 9 and I was sweating!! I would definitely come back. The waffle tasted like cardboard, even after adding a lot of maple syrup. I couldn't finish it. Additionally, the waitress was very rude and distracted, bringing me things I didn't order.and when I told her she made a horrible expression on her face...no recommend this place either the food.
Food was mediocre.....server was terrible...rolled her eyes at my wife when she brought her the wrong drink order....I don't know what the hype is about this place...just not very good...

On a whim, my wife and I decided to stop by the Seabrook Waffle Company. The staff was wonderful and welcomed us in sharing all the details of the restaurant and how their waffles are made. Our waffles were ready in a short time, and people getting to-go orders were in and out the whole time as we sat there and ate. This place has The Best waffles I've ever ate. The Seabrook Waffle Company is a Must Try. We'll be back!
