What did I do to make the woman at the front counter/window hate me?? She is just so unpleasant every time I go in. I have to ask for my total when ordering and she usually just stares if I pull up. What did I do lady? I'm just gonna start driving to the further Shipleys to avoid this lady.

Placed an order for some of my elementary students a day prior. 2 gentleman in the store made sure my babies were well cared for. Amazing service, very kind and professional. The store is beautiful and very clean all the way around. Best service in the area! ♥️♥️

Cold glazed donuts for super high price. Go to the Shipleys on Fm518 in league city. They serve only hot donuts, fresh off the rack!
Poor customer service! I used the drive through and when the woman came to the window I said hi how are you, no response. I gave my order but then she asked if I wanted the rest glazed. She wasn't listening! I open my order and it WRONG! This is the last time I ever go to any Shipleys!!! Overrated!!

This location seems to have a lot of dificulty telling the difference between a plain cake and blueberry cake donut.

A staff member in a non Shipleys t-shirt with airpods in reluctantly took my order in the drive-through even though there were no customers in the store or in the drive through. She was very rude. I am assuming I was interrupting her. She handed me my order, didn't tell me the total, and snatched my card out of my hand without any verbal communication. Do yourself a favor and go to a different Shipleys or a different donut shop all together.

this is our company's goto donut shop and we appreciate them giving up hot glazed donuts early even before 4am sometimes even when they open at 4am . can always count on them thank you !
