I have waited a good amount of time for this review of their bakery, making sure that I wanted to put this out there. I never want to hurt a business. I ordered a beautiful cake to feed 36 and provided a photo of it via email. The owner assured me there was no problem making it or the 3 dozen cup cakes to match. The day of delivery it was absolutely NOTHING like the cake I ordered and even completely different colors!! She blamed her staff. Additionally, the cupcakes ordered along with it were over baked. All of my guests agreed they were tough and dry. She didn't offer any compensation, only a slight cake revision an hour before delivery. If you order a cak3from her, make sure she is capable of making your design and make her show proof. I believe she wasn't capable of carrying out the design or didn't have a clue as to how to pull it off. I knew how to do it and I will make my own next time! This job was only $325 but that's not the point. If you tell a customer you're capable, then provide it. Otherwise, get out of the business and stop blaming your employees for your incompetent work. Unfortunately there is no place here for me to upload the photo of what I ordered and what she delivered me. What a shame.

Sunshine Kitchen is smack in the middle of the shopping center, I initially thought it was only a bakery but the owner Dara has a full menu from Breakfast to Lunch and everything is divine. I only have pictures of pastries and dessert but it was all delicious. I got the carrot cake, a pecan cobbler bar type of thing and the blueberry scone and omg. I gave the carrot cake to my friend and have regretted it ever since, she loved it and I loved everything I had!! Can’t wait to go back.

Everyone dreams of that perfect little small town bakery, where the owners are nice, the food is fresh, and the prices are right. Sunshine Kitchen is exactly that! I can't wait to go back. The sandwich I had for lunch was a great size, with crunchy lettuce, juicy tomatoes, and *fresh bread!* The quality was apparent. This is definitely going to be my new spot for a coffee and a pastry in the morning. But the fact they have lunch is even better!

I heard about the $6 Mystery Bag and was curious. So my Aunt ordered 2, one for each of us. Inside my Mystery Bag was a big cinnamon roll, 2 sugar cookies w/sprinkles and a croissant. I’m a bit of a Cookie Monster so I tried the sugar first and I’m so glad I did it was THE BOMB ! Like I would go back for just a dozen of those lol I saved the cinnamon roll for my boyfriend, that got devoured. I made me a breakfast sandwich with the croissant the next day and it was so delicious. I will be going back for sure ! #supportlocal #ilovecarbs #hiddengem

What a deliciously and delightly wonderful bakery! My babies and I went in to enjoy a little late summer breakfast and boy were we glad we did. The cinnamon rolls were so delightfully fluffy and delicious. We also tried a blueberry scone which was FABULOUS!! My son had a blueberry muffins which was so yummy and fluffy. We also shared a breakfast sandwich. I am a huge sucker for croissants and they did not disappoint! Stop in for a delightful and sweet treat from this little bakery. Def will be going back! I had to stop myself from getting a little bit of everything.
