First time coming here today they did not disappoint! Everything was amazing the wine selection to begin with that Mandie provided was spot on for what I was looking for. The appetizer to the entrees we had were absolutely delicious. Also the live music by Brie gave a great touch to the atmosphere. Absolutely loved the vibe. Will definitely be coming back next weekend. If I could give more than five stars I definitely would! ❤️

What a fantastic find! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. Brie’s live vocals set the perfect tone—smooth, soulful, and never overpowering the room. Bartender Mandy was outstanding: personable, attentive, and genuinely friendly, the kind of service that makes you want to become a regular. I was also impressed to see the owner on-site, stepping in with real care to help a guest with an order issue, handled quickly, kindly, and professionally.
Between the great music, thoughtful service, and the hands-on leadership, Velvet Quarter delivers the kind of experience you remember. Highly recommend for a relaxed night out in Seabrook, come for the vibe, stay for Brie’s singing and Mandy’s exceptional hospitality. I’ll be back soon! If you get a chance so some love to this local delicacy.

What a delightful New addition to the nightscape in Clear Lake. A quaint and cozy little place with indoor and outdoor seating and trendy, eclectic decor. I found this place by accident and we absolutely loved it. The menu is smaller but a great diversity of some very tasty entrees and dishes as well as drink specials, wines and a good selection of craft beers. Tonight they had live soft jazz, pop and easy country vocal entertainment.
The deconstruction Beef Wellington was very delicious, and my friend had a very delicious ribeye steak. The service was very good and the wait staff were knowledgeable, accommodating, attentive and efficient. If you're looking for something new to try in the area this is definitely a good place to start. A great place to just hang and chat with cocktails and drinks or have a full service meal.

I visited here with a party of four adults and a child under ten at noon on a Saturday and there were maybe four other tables occupied at the restaurant. The atmosphere is nice, the food was probably some of the best I’ve had around the whole lake, and the service was pretty flawless. To my knowledge (and according to Google), standard practice in restaurants is to charge gratuity when parties are of six people or more. I repeat, there were five people and one of them was a child. The table had two checks and the restaurant charged gratuity to both. My husband was going to tip them 30% on a $150+ tab until he did the math and noticed they’d already charged gratuity. It is not customary to pay both gratuity and tip unless the diner would like to pay additional tip for exceptional service.. which, it would have been had they not charged gratuity uncustomarily. Otherwise it was an exceptional experience.
