But what really made our visit stand out was the amazing service. Our waitress was a total star — friendly, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. She made sure our drinks were never empty, our food came out hot and fresh, and even had great recommendations for sides and desserts. Her positive energy made the whole experience even better.
If you’re craving a great burger and top-tier service, Zane’s Original is the place to go. Can’t wait to come back!

Literally only came here for the banana pudding. Ordered it online for pick up when we got there. They said that they were out so then I asked can I come get some tomorrow when you open and they said well only if the chef decides to make it. Horrible way to do business.
Edit in response to below: yes we did get a burger that was ok but not worth the $14 and we got chicken tenders that were completely soggy and gross.
The only thing that tasted good was the ranch and the fries.
Also yes you can sell out of something understandable but if you do not tend to make something do not put it on your menu!

Get the crispy fried okra, very crispy onion rings, and the Angus burger was so tasty and juicy. Everything was great. Come to this sweet spot for some amazing food!
If you’re anywhere near Seabrook, you must check out Zane’s Original Hamburgers—it’s tucked right next to the towers and it’s truly a hidden treasure. This place is a game-changer. Their burgers are smoked before they’re cooked, giving them an unbelievably juicy, flavorful bite that’s unlike anything you’ve had before.
My absolute favorite? The Black and Blue Burger — perfectly seasoned with just the right kick and packed with smoky, cheesy goodness. And please, do yourself a favor and get a side of their comeback sauce. It’s addictive in the best way.
Zane’s is one of those places that deserves a line out the door. Places like this don’t come around often — let’s make sure it sticks around. Try it once, and you’ll be hooked!

Tonight was my last night supporting Zane’s unfortunately! Ever since this restaurant has opened, there has been a standing partnership with my apartment community for a 10% discount on Tuesdays. There’s a new guy working there these days and I purposely ordered wings (btw, very good) to take advantage of the discount, only to get there and ask for it because it’s not on the ticket and have the guy (Bryan Jackson) argue me that there’s no such thing. He insisted that no such thing existed and he was the manager and knew better. We went back and forth on this for 2 mins until a familiar face (I believe one of the owners) comes over and I say something to her. She confirms the “Tower Tuesday” discount and says it is one of the things that has been forgotten. I assume no one is using it like that anymore. Nevertheless, Bryan was pissed that he stood corrected (although he never acknowledged it and was a bit pissed to have to give me the discount). So unfortunate because until tonight, I enjoyed frequently supporting this local, convenient establishment. Have always been friendly until now this new face has arrived with an unpleasant disposition.

First time trying Zane’s. We wanted to try the Canadian Poutine to start, but they unfortunately were sold out by the time we got there. For entrees I got the Elote Burger, and my fiance got the Applewood Smoked Bacon Burger. The portions are big! The patty was soft and melts in your mouth. If you’re expecting char-grilled and tough you will not find it here! The burger was cooked perfectly, and the elote mix on the burger was perfect. We had our own waitress, but the other waitress on staff was attentive to us as well. Next time I go I will definitely have to go early enough to try out the poutine!
