While let me say, if you work and get off after 8:30pm. Panda Express isn’t the place to get take out from. They close their kitchen 30 minutes early. And don’t serve the full menu. Find. you a place to go to, that cares for people who work late. Me being a medical professional this hurts. You would think they would find ways to serve everyone no matter the time.

We have app ordered six times and every single time what is handed out the window either does not match our order or has missing items. Today, I was asked to pull around front and wait because my order wasn't ready when I showed up 10 mins after ordering. Then I had to wait an additional 10 min out front waiting for chow mein. Would be fine IF I had been offered a free egg roll or something to show appreciation for waiting so long. Not only no compensation, NO FORTUNE COOKIES THIS TIME! I can get Walmart frozen chinese from now on and be happier with my decision. Panda is NOT ALL THAT!

I went through the drive thru at 9:10pm on 5-15-23 and my was order was incorrect. Upon calling back at 9:21pm. I was met with excuses about what was said to me in regards to the order being incorrect from a female employee. No apologies for the inconvenience just finger pointing. To say I was offended would be a complete understatement. Never have I been to any restaurant and was accused for an error made by the restaurant for an incorrect order. When I requested for my order to be corrected I was told “We close at 9:30 if you’re not here come back to tomorrow or another day” by that female employee. The General Manager Juan was polite however. It’s unfortunate he has a team member that isn’t accountable or provides quality customer service.

They portion out the food terribly. Ordered a bowl with rice and chicken, I got three pieces of chicken, How does that work?. The workers are rude and seem bothered to take your order. The inside is messy even though it's always empty.... It's all so weird.

Absolutely disgusting ? we bought our food in this place and it come with hair I called the place and they one me to drive back 20 min to get new plates this is the second time we have issues with this restaurant but this time was the worst never coming back again

Small portions horrible customer service. I thought I ordered chow mein not a salad of cabbage. I wish they opened up that Chinese buffet again.Vegetarian options: Cabbage.

Absolutely the worst Panda Express I ever had. Ran by poorly trained high school boys. Food was terrible. Don’t waste your money. Not worth second chance. Waste of time and money

Worst Panda Express I've ever been too. The food taste like literal dog food and not just once but the multiple times I tried to give it a chance. But every time this food tasted like they left it out a week before serving it. Absolute garbage food. Do not go here.

Ordering dinner around 5pm on a Thursday and the girl running the drive thru would not let me finish a sentence because every time I picked something on the menu she immediately interjected "we're out" flatly. My husband picked orange chicken and she replied "um I think we might have enough left over for an entree," which sounds so incredibly unappetizing. You'll scrape the pan for us? No thanks. Every single time we've come here they claim to be out of almost everything on the menu and I don't understand why they don't keep their dishes stocked. The time before this we came through the drive, and the boy said "welcome to Panda Express, would you like to hear what we have left?" ...at about 6:30 in the evening. We're not paying your increased prices for cold scraps and rude service.
