We have app ordered six times and every single time what is handed out the window either does not match our order or has missing items. Today, I was asked to pull around front and wait because my order wasn't ready when I showed up 10 mins after ordering. Then I had to wait an additional 10 min out front waiting for chow mein. I went through the drive thru at 9:10pm on 5-15-23 and my was order was incorrect. Upon calling back at 9:21pm. I was met with excuses about what was said to me in regards to the order being incorrect from a female employee. No apologies for the inconvenience just finger pointing. To say I was offended would be a complete understatement. Never have I been to any restaurant and was accused for an error made by the restaurant for an incorrect order. While let me say, if you work and get off after 8:30pm. Panda Express isn’t the place to get take out from. They close their kitchen 30 minutes early. And don’t serve the full menu. Find. you a place to go to, that cares for people who work late. Me being a medical professional this hurts. You would think they would find ways to serve everyone no matter the time.
