Update: so yeah they replied down below, but with a link that doesn’t work. Owner doesn’t seem to actually care 🙄
Second update: came through again and somehow they still are having the same issues. In addition, the customer support team ‘says’ that they’ve reached out to the owner to resolve issue and reach out. Hasn’t happened.
I don’t even know why Carls Jr lets them carry their brand name.

Both Ice machines didn't work. No clear responses from staff. Like talking to 10 year olds with a chip on their shoulders. Although, the Chicken strips were excellent.

Food was cold! the hamburger bun was cold! they were out of all soda, napkins, lids, and any type of customer service forget it they just don't care.
Parking: It's a big gas station plenty of parking and other food options.

Two guys working with no customers. Waited at drive thru 6 minutes with no help even though we could see them at the counter just talking. Parked & went inside to order and they walked away. Waited a while & watched one make a burger and laid it on the counter instead of on paper. Made eye contact & he just looked away and continued to slowly layer the burger. The other guy walks out sees me and just starts talking to the other guy. I ended up just walking out. Waste of time- I should have known with such a low score
Donte and Trey were very friendly and approachable. I live in Austin and travel to Houston often and will definitely make sure I make this a part of my route moving forward
