Road Ranger

Road Ranger in Champaign Illinois. Every pump is down, lady behind the register is rude as hell. EVERY time I come here and this lady is there, she’s rude. This has got to be the worst truckstop nationwide. Can corporate step in and actually do something?? I had my service dog in there and was going to get a shower. How the heck do you justify putting $175 hold on $31 worth of gas!! NEVER again will I ever use Road Ranger. You should be ashamed! Road Ranger pump at exit 27 on I39 in Illinois did not shutoff and ran gas all over the ground and on my shoes! One employee said it happens occasionally but manager blamed it on me that I didn't have the nozzle in all the way, which I know isn't true since I had trouble getting the pump to start with the stupid RR questions and repeatedly kept pushing it in!!!
