Horrible experience at the counter. Either close the dunkin or change the worker or re-train them. The lady was not interested in the order i was giving and acting dumb and was acting like she is paying my bills for me to place a order at dunkin!!!

I was standing for over 10 minutes at 08:10 AM before Sombody come from the back to take my order. There is a very loud woman with a pink net on the head whom distubes the entire store when she talks. If she lough it is even worse.

You don't want to show up in the morning. Bianca obviously did not not to be there. I asked for a menu option with no number. Just said wake up wrap sandwich. She asked which one and I just pointed at the picture . She kept playing dumb after I pointed out my option after she said that the menu pictures are wrong. Then proceeded to say she wasn't gonna serve me. Waste of time giving this business any money
The donut was great but has the slowest service ever, one lady was busy doing some coffee while the other one was cleaning and nobody was paying atention. Almost 5 min, for a travel stop I think was too much I even got my burger faster and the donut were already made. Also 2.15 per donut is insane.

Came in at 650am waited around for 5 min before me and another customer started calling for an employee 5 min later the lady came out of the restroom with a bad attitude no good morning just "who doin all that yellin?" Then she asked if she could help me but proceeded to ignore me for a phone call

Was unable to order from this location. Saw two employees look dead at me at the register. The young lady grabbed the mop bucket and came around to the sitting area behind me and got on her phone. While the young man came around, looked at me and walked out the door. Neither asked if I had been taken care off and standing for 2 minutes waiting I felt the need to walk away & go else where.
