This place was fantastic. Chicken Fried Steak and potatoes was amazing. Chicken Tenders and gravy was amazing. The atmosphere and staff was all friendly and welcoming. Definitely worth the trip.

Ermis' at Frydek is a refreshing oasis in the midst of a sweltering summer. This impressive establishment, resembling an old gas station converted into a hidden restaurant and bar in Sealy, TX, offers phenomenal food, beer, and service, providing a much-needed respite for weary travelers. The menu features incredible dishes, including fish and chips, chicken tenders, chicken-fried steak with mashed potatoes, and burgers. Guests have enjoyed the fried cod and fried shrimp as well. The open outside patio with music adds to the great vibe, and there is indoor and outdoor seating for comfort. The restaurant is accommodating for guests with dietary restrictions, and the service is known to be super friendly. Despite the rustic charm, the restaurant is a gem worth visiting, especially for those passing through on I-10.
