We had the boudin stuffed pork loin for Christmas dinner and it was delicious.
great staff great selection great quality and just great place. .... I drive to Texas every week from Florida on a 18 wheeler. .. And I stop at least every other week to get some of their meats to take back home. .. Prices are great as well. . Highly recommend it. ... Get the brisket sandwich lean with extra onion and the Squash blend you will thank me. ....
