The experience was terrrible. I stood ag the counter for at least 15-20 mins and there were 2 women wowlonf who wouldn’t even acknowledge me,not even a “hey how are you someone will be with you on just a moment”. Then after waiting damn near 20 mins I finally acknowledged the workers and asked were they open on the inside even tho it was after 9 am and the lady stated they were they were handling the drive through. I am highly upset. If you aren’t a woman they the women working at these truck stops refuse to service you. The only thing nice about this truck stop is the restroom however if you’re a woman do not expect any kind of customer service. Highly upset I almost took my 30 there just waiting to be acknowledged. I am definitely reaching out to corporate in the morning. Upon reaching out to customer service my issue was handled very poorly. The staff is racist and customer service backs up racism. I would appreciate if a district manager could reach out to me to further discuss my issue or my review stands. I would not recommend any black people/females to do business at that restaurant because they express racism to the highest power. I spent my entire 30 min break there and didn’t get to eat and nothing was done about it

Stopped while driving through. We had to wait a little bit but OMG it was worth it. The food was super hot, flavorful, salted perfectly. Everyone was so nice too. I never will mind a small wait to have hot fresh food. Thank you team for not rushing our food and giving us cold soggy food which a lot of fast food restaurants get away with it. You were awesome. Keep it up, thanks!

They are the BEST. Both so kind and friendly (not to mention efficient Eddie can multitask like no other). Whenever I’m in the mood for fries, i always go to this location bc I’m always so happy to see them. Heck, sometimes I don’t even want fries, but they are so happy, I get some just to get some happy vibes from those awesome dudes.

This was my best experience at any Wendy's ever! My burger was super hot, the cheese was melted it was delicious! All the food was hot! It was a pleasant surprise to get food that was actually hot to the touch! Good job !

The food was alright, but the service & employees were not the same. The man at the front was nice & helpful, but there was this older woman who I think was in the back helping cook. The lady was rude & obnoxious. She was in a bad mood, & was just disrespectful to anyone she came across. I don’t know her name, but hopefully one of yall figures it out because she was a horrible employee. Thanks!

I came to this location around lunch on Thursday. It was very busy. Manager did not help. Instead went to go sit down and be on her phone. Where’s the old general manager. This store needs help! Do better lady! :)
