Order to go and it took 25 minutes. There where 4 workers. A manager, a drive thru person, a float and a runner. The drive thru person just stood around, the runner bagged the food and took it to the cars that had pulled thru the drive thru and where waiting. The manager was in and out of the office and the other one was trying to make burgers. My fries and nuggets where bagged and sat for 20 minutes while they waited for my burgers to be made. Hamburger was sloppy. Too much sauce. Had to take it apart, scrape some of the excess, and I mean excess, sauce in order to finish the burger. Very disappointing! And it is a new establishment here in Seguin.

Burger King provides great customer service with friendly staff, ensuring a wonderful experience. The food is hot and prepared as ordered. This restaurant is also accommodating to customers with allergies, going above and beyond to ensure safety. The new manager is radically better, more positive and upbeat, pouring over into the crew. Employees and manager are always cheerful, enjoyable to talk to, and quick enough on getting the line going. They are fast, kind, and get orders right. The Impossible Whopper is actually good. The dining room is always clean, and workers seem to take pride in their jobs.
