Good food :) good customer service too !
My burger was awesome and Edith and Jose provide exceptional customer service
I made the mistake of ordering my curbside at the wrong Whataburger. I was so grateful Beatrice saved the day and got my order ready at the other Whtaburger I was at. She was SO helpful and hurried around there for all of the customers. Hard worker!

Whataburger offers delicious burgers, though some locations may have inconsistent service. The cashier's oversight of not asking about cheese affected the experience for a first-time visitor, but the issue was fixed quickly. While the quality of patties and condiments may have declined slightly, the taste of the onion on the burger remains good. Customers sometimes receive old fries or flavorless soda, but the friendly staff makes up for these issues. One location impressed with super fast service, taking only 8 minutes from order to food delivery. The manager was very friendly, greeting customers warmly and keeping the restaurant clean.
A recent customer shared a positive experience with a kind staff member who helped with a discount after problems with an online order for a bacon steakhouse double burger. Although the burger was soggy and did not meet expectations, the fresh onion rings were a highlight. Vegetarians can enjoy options like a grilled cheese on a bun, which keeps that tasty Whataburger flavor. Overall, Whataburger remains a better burger choice compared to other fast-food chains.
