I recently visited the burnt bean company.
This has been on my bucket list of barbecue places in Seguin Texas
I have never been able to make it until now when they were open I always was a day short or day late. My wife had a chopped barbecue sandwich was delicious. I had a two meat plate of sliced brisket and their homemade beef sausage. I had the hot Cheeto Queso mack and the bacon ranch taters. The Sandwich had very generous portions compared to one of the well-known places...
Some of the best BBQ I have ever had. Great atmosphere and awesome environment. Dave and Earnest are super friendly guys and do an awesome job with customer service as well. Can’t wait to come back!!!

Ribs, man, greasy!!! Tasted more like greasy than meat
We need to come earlier to be able to have a shot at the sausage . But waiting an hour 1/2 for this food was not worth it
