Food was fresh and hot, chicken was juicy and well seasoned, gravy is thick and has the right amount of pepper in it. Cashier and staff was helpful and helped fix my order after I screwed it up.
Just wanted to take a moment and give a shout out to the young man who helped me fix my order at the window today (3/5) around 5:30 at Chicken Express on 123. My order was a little scrambled, and he was able to help me with a beautiful attitude. I especially appreciate him not giving me a hard time about it because today we suffered a very personal loss, it was just so nice to be helped with kindness, and I very much appreciate it.
