All was well minus 2 missing items in the bag. Unfortunately we were just passing through the area and couldn’t go back to get a refund. Hopefully the staff willDo better next time with making sure items are in bag prior to handing it to the customer.
After waiting in the drive thru for about 20 minutes, we were very disappointed. I understand they were busy on a Saturday at 7 pm. Our sodas were flat, so we asked for a different kind. The employee tried a different machine. We ended up with hot, flat sodas dispite the ice. It may have come from a soda machine with no ice, which affects the taste. My baconator fries, didn't have chopped bacon, just large strips over melted cheese. The bacon wasn't even hot. No fork for my baconator...read full review

Service was great. But food was nasty. The pretzel bun on baconator is burnt and the bacon is soggy and the beef patties are dry as hell. Drinks and fries are ok. Come on now. $35 and nasty as hell.
