So we originally say Dutch Bros were busy so we went to a store went to another coffee place and spent too much money and I was so disappointed so decided to go to Dutch bros because I wanted a good coffee . I pulled up told them what happen they made my coffee and gave it to me and said it’s on the house I showed her the coffee from the other place … what a great coffee shop! It was so good and customer service was amazing I was not expecting that at all . I am never going...
Coffee is good. I just don’t understand why they take so long at this location? Being in line for 30mins or longer is just unreal. Please find a way to get the lines moving faster.
My coffee is always perfect and stays consistent. All of the employees there are great but 2 specifically Kayden and Chelsea tend to usually be there when I go through and they are just so blissful. They are both usually working their tails off too but still manage to provide the best customer service even under pressure. I love this place.
