Tried to return heb product unopened to heb. Refused unless I had the card I paid with which I no longer have. Letty the manager was not helpful and slightly condescending.

H-E-B Bakery, located inside the H-E-B store, offers a comfortable seating area with plenty of tables and booths. The menu features tender and flavorful brisket, good turkey, and delicious chopped beef. The collard greens and cornbread are also highlights. Customers are particularly impressed with the incredible bagels crafted at the Seguin H-E-B, which stand out compared to other H-E-B bakeries. Tea and water with nugget ice are available, and prices are reasonable. While the service can be inconsistent, with one order being incorrect but promptly fixed, there are also positive notes about excellent customer service, such as curbside delivery. However, some ingredients, like flour tortillas, may have quality control issues. H-E-B Bakery recently hosted a fun event called A Taste of the Holidays, featuring various stations from produce to bakery, deli, and more.
