Family night at Seguin IHOP is always a nice pleasant time when we dine in. Our server was fantastic! She was very personable and polite. The food was delicious and fresh. Our entire experience was wonderful. Thank you IHOP.Kid-friendliness: Children are never left out! There are too many delicious food choices for them to experience.

We first stood at the front waited to be seated no one acknowledged us for 10 min. I thought it was a joke it was s0 bad. Then we finally get seated and see a staff member eating off a plate. My 9 year old daughter heard every cuss word you can think of coming from 2 female workers yelling at the kitchen staff. It was something I have never seen or experienced. Literally management does not exist. The waiters are trying, seem understaffed.

Pancakes were too cold to melt the butter... Bacon wasn't crisp, and "crisp" was specifically requested by my husband. Server wasn't very attentive.

Staff are great but way over worked. They need more people and yet staff will still greet you with a smile and hurry to seat, serve and check out as promptly as possible. Just take your patience with you.
I ordered on the app for pickup at 1pm and set the pick up time for 3pm.. They had 2 whole hours to prepare. And yet they STILL messed up the order. This place is absolute trash. Tried calling their number and it doesn't even work? Says to call back later. Avoid at all cost.

I am not one to complain but today I was super irritated.They sat us down 15 minutes went by and who ever supposed to be a waitress never showed up, I saw waitresses looking at us and neither one came to us ???I asked one of the hostess excuse me we been here for 15 minutes I said I know you all are short staff, she said I will send some one right away.Well the hostess came back within a minute asked for our drinks and she and up taking our order and waiting on us. I am a waitress my self and I know how is to be short staff but believe me I try to get to all my customers as soon as possible.
