This shiny new location is clean, with friendly & welcoming staff.
All the same stuff you're used to from an Applebee's including a large neighborhood bar with lots of specials. All the same IHOP stuff too (except less sticky bc its still so new).

Honestly, it is an identity crisis and I don't know what it is. Is it Applebee's, is it IHOP, I'm confused. The Applebee's menu that I ate from was very good and the price was right on point.

I came to Texas on business and was unsure what to order she helped me order and I had an amazing night Brittany is amazing would definitely come back to this location and will definitely look for her when I visit next <3
