I waited to do this review. I know several starbucks managers and wanted to make sure I had the correct info. I stopped at this location on Sunday October 27 at 1545. The young woman at the register, the mod per her, refused to fill my thermos because " it's not clean and for my health and safety i won't fill it". Tried the Strawberry frozen energy drink today. The ladies that were there this Saturday morning very polite and helpful. Not everyone has a good morning vibe like I do but walking in I felt relaxed and great positive vibe here at this location. Ladies wonderful experience. Thank you so very much for making the drinks you do.
Sat in the drive thru for 10 with only 3 car ahead of me, and the tip button needs to be done away with. This thing so close to the freeway you think it would be really fast but plan on waiting.
