The 1908 Restaurant + Bar is a laid back, relaxing and sleek place for a date night or get together, with a great location and amazing atmosphere. The food and drinks are just as good, with the best smash burgers in Seguin. The smash burger with one over medium fried egg and a side of fries is a popular choice. The chicken sandwich is phenomenal, made with a whole chicken thigh, deep fried. The wings are the best, and the lavender margarita and lemon drop martini are also highlights. The fries are ok, but the rest of the menu is unique. The restaurant has the best bourbon selection, and the play list is absolutely on point. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and ensures food is made correctly. The bartender is super awesome, and conversations are awesome. The 1908 is one of the favorite places, and the burgers and margaritas are wonderful.
