Location is amazing with the view of the Guadalupe River and the rustic charm of the historic building. The interior has a great feel with the mix of old architecture and some funky decor. Menu has plenty to offer and I was very surprised with the high quality flavor and feel of every item. Ordered onion rings as an appetizer and they were cooked to perfection and the chipotle flavored dipping sauce was vibrant and creamy. Recommend the meatloaf as well with the mashed potatoes...
Great food, beautiful location. Service was good. Atmosphere of this place is great for a first date or a romantic dinner with a loved one. The fact that it used to be an old power plant and they repurposed it into a restaurant instead of letting it decay is amazing.
Lots of character in these repurposed historic buildings. My wife wanted to overlook the falls outside our window. Kiana took our drink order and made the best fruity Dr. Peppers with grenadine syrup, lemon wedges, and a cherry on top lol. The fried onion rings and mushrooms
were perfect, as was the chicken fried chicken with real mashed potatoes, milk gravy, and some fluffy rice pilaf. We highly recommend!
