My kids and I often frequent the Forum location and we really enjoy our visits. It's clean and they always have the best flavor options. However.. the fact that the owner requires their employees to text them to ask if they can honor the email clubs coupons, in my opinion, is ridiculous. What's the point of signing up and receiving the coupons if 9 times out of 10 the owner refuses to accept them?
I love coffee so I got the coffee, chocolate and vanilla mixed together and it was amazing. My family of 4 love Orange leaf. This location is pretty clean and the staff is good. We like all the different toppings that are offered.
Stopped in about 30 minutes before closing at the end of a long day of shopping. The store machines and toppings bar were very clean and organized. I did not get the names of either associate but both were very friendly and efficient despite the fact they must have been exhausted this close to closing. Our son is nerodivergent and can become a little over chatty and jittery especially after the stress of big crowded stores. Staff treated him with dignity and courtesy like any...
