Here we are 17 April. Second time spent my time for the Issue that I had in that Location. 1 Week ago they proceed Refund $11.04 course they made me to wait 20 min my Order and they did orders for 3 People in front of me right away! Only me was waiting 20 min for no reason. Today is 17 April refund was processed at 11 April. Manager Tia Ray told they don’t have nothing to do with that call to your Bank. She did not even apologize to me. BANK told me they DID NOT PROCESS ANY REFUND ME!! Bank disputed immediately for me!!!! Horrible experience!!!!!!

Tough to find a good bagel in San Antonio, so Starbucks is a safe bet when want one. I don't drink frou frou drinks, so can't say much about them.

I am not a coffee drinker here as it is too strong for me but I go there for the food only and it never disappoints. We had a breakfast croissant, cheese Danish and strawberry chocolate drink. So yummy.

I drive 10 miles more just to go to this starbucks. Although it sounds ridiculous, they never get my drinks wrong, they are so friendly, and always very fast!

I accidentally ordered a grande instead of a venti, I asked at the window if I could switch it and they told me they couldn’t take it back but they would get me my venti free of charge. Appreciate at it so much made my day!
