Service is dreadfully slow as Im sure they're understaffed. Unfortunately its been that way for the last two years. Drive thru window is more or less a payment window at which point your directed to drive around and someone walks it out to you. Basically a Sonic with no car hops yet slower. Food is what one would expect for your typical fast food resturant.

Just ordered a medium hot fudge Sunday.. cup was not even half full of Ice cream with very little fudge like not even all the way around the top total rip off and shitty service to top it off... use to be good food here after Danny died it has went to trash too I see

Every DQ is different. The GBC location has the worst service with the most apathetic attitudes toward customers. Seven Points location makes you feel like family every time. This review if specifically for the GBC location.

I dont live in town, but Ive been here few times. They are always very nice and the food is good. I went today and order some food for just me and my wife. My order came out wrong. When i told them they were very nice, and very fast about correcting the order. They definitely have my business.

We ordered a large drink and 2 small cones in the drive through. We didnt get one napkin with those cones. I shouldn't have to ask for napkins with ice cream in the summer. Its lazy and poor service.

They have great food. It really depends on who is serving you for me to say about the service. Sometimes it's really good and other times it's not so impressive. And the line is always long. If you're just coming through for an ice cream, you can wait 10 minutes if the people in front ordered food. They should make you park and bring it out so the line moves quicker.
