6 peoples food took over 20 minutes to get ready. Wasn’t peak lunch hours either. Staffed sufficiently but just not motivated to hustle. Not impressed at all with service.

Service could have been better, lady taking order in drive through was not very friendly. Food cost way too much for little to nothing. For example The Taco salad had more taco than the entire rest of the food in it. Literally like one scoop of meat, 2-3 bites of lettuce, a small pinch of cheese. The burger was so cold the cheese wasn't even melted.

Seven Points & Kemp (Kemp not open until 11 due to a lack of keeping employees) both are owned by the same owner and both stores either need to be sold to a new owner or closed down the service has become more than a joke most employees are rude food is never correct even with the simplest of orders. Both stores food is very disgusting the lettuce is always old, the cheese looks nasty, the burgers are either overcooked and dry or to oily with the buns wet and dripping to much oil to even to eat without getting sick. None of the employees wear hair nets or gloves you never see them wash their hands the only saving grace is due to the managers but all the employees need to be re-trained and reminded customers need to be pulled around so the next customer can get their food before it sits under the heat lamp to long and almost causes a fire. Renovating the kitchen has made no difference in either getting food faster or having better tasting food the only thing left is to retrain the employees or sell the locations. If I could give zero stars I would but to leave a review I have to give one or else I wouldn’t.

I come to this Dairy Queen almost everyday. I have health issues and it’s the only food my stomach can handle. But, almost every single time I have came up there, my food is wrong, the burger is so soaked in grease the bun is literally wet, or it takes 20 minutes to get a simple burger. Today I had to walk into their store THREE TIMES after going through the drive thru. First I ordered a triple buster, but they rang me up for a belt buster, I asked for plain and dry no cheese, they gave me cheese, “fixed it” then handed me another burger WITH CHEESE, then they give me a burger with everything on it. No apology, nothing. I’m shocked. I will say the managers themselves are great. But the employees are rude.

Always a long wait for me, but they're usually busy when I go, and I go there knowing it'll take a bit, so no worries. I've never had a problem with any food. I wish the ordering board was on the other side of the building. So many people have ridiculously LOUD trucks, and its near an intersection, so it hard to hear when they go by. Im sure it's frustrating for the employees, too.Cheers!

Went through the drive thru last night about 4:45 and ordered 3 combo meals. Waited over 25 minutes for food. My son finally went inside and the food was just sitting there in a bag. Once we arrived home we realized the order was wrong. What a joke. A few months ago the owner told everyone that remodeling the kitchen would solve their problem. It didn't. They need a manager on duty all shifts who can manage the employees that could care less about customer service or food quality. We have given this place multiple opportunities and are done wasting our money.

I ordered a double hunger busters with cheese. The Lettuce was old, the tomatoes was rotten and the cheese was absent, it's the worst driest burger I ever had. The girl working drive thru handed me the chocolate Sundar with the wrong size lid then just said with a little laugh uh sorry. Attention to the MANAGER. Your food is only as good as the cook you hire, and the staff that serves it. What I saw was a bunch of young kids who act like a customer is as disposable as the veggies they are putting on burgers. To the Owner of this Dairy Queen. Your managers should be under immediate review before his staff starts serving up more food poisoning

Good fresh food here, would have been a 5 star, for some reason I guess they stopped buttering the buns and toasting them on the grill...not sure why they quit that, but the warm buttery toasty bread set them above the others, we ate
